Products & Customization
Are your products made from 100% genuine leather?
Yes. All Taws & Timber accessories are handcrafted from 100% genuine top-grain leather. We select only premium hides that develop a beautiful, natural patina over time.
Can I personalize my leather bags or wallets?
Yes, we offer premium custom name engraving. You can customize your products with names or initials in gold, silver, or blind debossing during selection. For corporate or customized name details, check our customized accessories page.
How should I care for my leather product?
Keep your leather products away from water, oil, cosmetics, and direct sunlight. To clean, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. We recommend applying a premium leather conditioner once every six months to keep the leather soft and moisturized.
Shipping & Orders
How long does delivery take?
Since many of our products are made-to-order or custom-engraved, processing takes 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location across India.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely! We design customized gift boxes and bulk accessories for corporate clients. Please visit our Bulk Corporate Order page to request a quote.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused, non-customized products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a structural manufacturing defect.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement by emailing us. Once a custom product has entered the engraving process, we are unable to accept cancellations.
